Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your knitting project, but if you change your mind, you can return unused kits and supplies within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all yarn remains in its original skein form and packaging is intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items, including all patterns and needles, back into the original eco-friendly packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
